Mandatory training for your whole team

Add your carers, choose their courses and see where everyone stands, all in one company portal. Built for adult social care providers in England.

What you get

A company portal

Add and remove carers yourself. Each carer signs in with their email, with no passwords to reset.

Assign training with due dates

Set your required courses once. New carers get them automatically, and you can assign extra courses to anyone.

A live training matrix

See every carer against every assigned course, with clear labels for valid, due soon, in progress and overdue. Export it as a CSV.

Certificates stored for you

Every certificate is kept on record. You can download them, and anyone can check one online with its number.

A monthly training log by email

A copy of your training log arrives each month, ready to show an inspector or file with your records.

Care Certificate sign-off

Carers complete the knowledge online. You sign them off in the portal after observing them at work, and the certificate is issued.

Refresher reminders

Carers are reminded before their training runs out of date, and before assigned courses become overdue.

Face-to-face practical training

Classroom courses with practical assessment, such as moving and handling and medication, are also available. Ask us about dates.

Questions from employers

Does this training meet CQC requirements?

Each course shows the CQC regulations and Care Certificate standards it supports. Online training covers knowledge. You remain responsible for checking competence in the workplace, and practical skills such as moving and handling need hands-on training.

Who counts as an active carer?

Anyone on your account who was active on any day of the month. If you remove a carer, they stop being charged from the following month.

Can carers sign themselves up?

No. Only carers you add can sign in, so you always know who is on your account.

What happens to records when a carer leaves?

Their results and certificates are kept. If they rejoin, add them again with the same email and their history is still there.

How does the Care Certificate work?

The carer completes the online knowledge for all 16 standards and passes the assessment. You, or a senior colleague, observe them meeting the standards at work and sign them off in the portal. The certificate is then issued.

Can I see the training log as a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export a CSV from the Team page at any time, and a copy of your training log is emailed every month.

What do carers need?

An email address and a phone, tablet or computer with internet access. Courses work on small screens.
